EPS has been used in construction industry as an insulation material (thermal insulation) for a long time. Despite of technological progress in Poland it is still irreplaceable.

EPS is created when polustyrene expandable raw is exposed to perssure and temperature. Under influence of temperature it expand and get the capacity fortieth. Because of air closed in small pores of pellets (the air can constitute up to 98% of EPS volume) EPS has  exceptional insulation properties.

After this process EPS pearls must dry and get cold. The next period of production is formation of blocks.

When the blocks are ready they need some time to steady materials. After it we use thermal mathod to rip it.

Scientific researches prove that as polustyrene raw and EPS boards are totally safe for health of human beings and animals. It is proved by PZH atest.
